Betelnut Cafe Canggu memiliki nuansa seperti rumah pedesaan yang bernuansa kayu dengan warna coklatnya. Betelnut Cafe berkonsep semi terbuka dengan tidak semua atapnya ditutupi jerami, namun terdapat jerami-jerami yang bergelantung menempel di ujung-ujung samping atap sehingga memberikan kesan tradisional. Konsep semi terbuka dipilih agar memberikan kesan sejuk dan menyatu dengan alam.
