A cozy place far from the buzzling city centre. very friendly and attentive staff.
You can choose 3/4 or five courses by picking the plate that you want.
It is available the wine pairings: the staff will bring you the perfect match for each course!
The plates are elaborate but in the same time "simple" at tasting.
If you like this kind of kitchen, it worth a visit.
The menu of the month, it could be different, it depends on the period.
Starter, the pumpkin flan, soft and sweet
Main course, the cod fillet. The sauce was perfect.
Dessert, the caramel sea salt cream. Sooo nice, the contrast between salt and sweet is always welcome in my mouth

I've actually been in Amsterdam once, a long long time ago. Hemelse modder in Afrikaans the sister language of Dutch would mean heavenly mud. 😂

You will find a very different city. Same buildings but different behaviour. I've been there for the last 10 years, now and then, and I feel that the city became more job/productive/business oriented. Less relaxed, I don't know how to explain.
