STEEM Food Tours #58: Encik Tan Restaurant 陈先生餐厅

When you travel to Sentosa Island, Singapore via MRT. Recommend fellow steemians to try this restaurant called Encik Tan in the mall next to Sentosa island -Vivocity mall.
大家如果来到新加坡自由行旅游，且到圣淘沙的话，建议大家来到这家位于Vivocity里面的Encik Tan 餐厅。

Encik ,means Mr in Malay language. So the restaurant name means Mr Tan literally. (Tan is the popular Chinese family surname in Singapore and Malaysia )
Encik 在马来语中是先生的意思，所以这家餐馆的名字就是陈先生 （陈氏在东南亚这里是个大姓氏）

Encik Tan main signature meals is this curry rice with chicken cutlet.
Encik Tan 的招牌餐是这炸鸡排咖喱饭。

The chicken cutlet is cripspy and the curry gravy is thick and tasty. Very much suit my taste especially during rainy days when I like to take hot meal.
他们家的炸鸡排非常酥脆且好吃，非常符合我自己的口味，尤其在冷天想要吃一些热辣的食物的时候。

As I dine in together with brothers , we decided to take sambal squid (sotong as in Malay) and share among us, so we get to taste both the chicken cutlet and balacan squid within same meal - after all, the rice is same both with curry pouring onto it.
当天跟兄弟一同去到这里，所以我们就同时也点了辣椒花枝 （马来语中称为苏东），那我们分享就可以同时吃到炸鸡排和辣椒苏东了 。白饭是一样的，都是淋上整盘的咖喱。

Their rice and noodle stations were run separately by different workers. So if you want to order both curry rice and noodles, you have to queue few times. This is kinda strange arrangement, wondering why not centralized the cashier counters, issue the receipt and patron take the food next.
他们家的咖喱饭与面食摊是分别运行的，那如果你想同时点咖喱饭与面食，就得排几次队咯。个人觉得这样的安排有点奇怪，为何不统一收费柜台，食客拿了单据就到各自的饭摊或面摊拿食物不就更高效吗？

Anyway , the restaurant environment is quite decent and clean. Food is nice. Recommend friends who like curry, must not miss the restaurant. For me , definitely will come back should I go Vivocity mall again.
无论如何，这家餐厅的用餐环境还挺干净的，食物也不错，爱吃咖喱的食饕一定不好错过它了。下次我再去那里，必尝他们家其他的美食！
