住宅街の中にひっそりと潜んでいる
こちらのお店は、緑の看板が目印。
平日でも行列ができるほどの人気店
メニューは、
醤油、味噌、つけ麺があります。
量が"少なめ〜大"まであって、
食べれる量に合わせて選択できます。
少なめでも200gあるから、
デフォルトで多い。
これぞ、インスパイア！
醤油ラーメンにしました。
スープも、
"あっさり、普通、こってり"から
選べるので、初心者でも挑戦しやすい。
もやし大好きなので、ヤサイ増し！
店内は古くて、狭い。
それがまた良いですね！
まさかのチャーシュー1枚を
違うトッピングに変更できるサービスも！
数分経って、着丼！
インスパイアなビジュアル！
スープは、
豚の旨味がしっかり抽出された濃口醤油！
コクがある中で、甘い味わいもあって、
しつこくない！！
どんどんスープが飲めちゃう。
上にのっている焦がしネギが
風味をよくし、スープの味を引き立てる。
麺は平打ち麺をチョイス。
ずっしりして、モチモチの麺！
食べ応えがあります！
大きいチャーシューが
すごく美味しかった！
脂身とろっとろ！
赤身もほろほろ崩れるように柔らかい。
こういうチャーシュー好きです。
一味唐辛子があったので、
味変したいときに！
チャーシューに合ってました。
チャーシュー1枚を
魚粉に変更したバージョン。
魚粉がスープと麺に絡んで、
奥深いまた違った味にしてくれます。
インスパイアだけど、
女性でも行きやすい雰囲気とメニュー内容！
