A takeaway pizzeria called Art'è recently opened in the historic center of the city. The restaurant was born on the ashes of an old pizzeria and has been completely renovated.
The interior is made entirely of stone, as buildings were built in the past. The wood oven is visible and it is possible to admire the pizza maker during all the preparation phases.
The windows are full of various culinary delicacies and it is difficult to choose what to eat. My attention, however, was focused on the giant margherita pizza, as per Neapolitan tradition, with basil leaves.
We also ordered a portion of peeled fries, very crispy and tasty. The scent of burnt wood gives a particularly smoky aroma to the dough and, unlike cooking with electric forms, gives the pizza an inimitable taste.
The walls were covered with paintings with subjects portraying the face but formed with vegetables and fruit. A nice show for those who want to relax and eat.
