Material:
1 pack of noodles
100 grams of skipjack, suwir-suwir
200 grams of mustard greens, washed and cut into pieces
2 tablespoons sliced leeks
2 tablespoons of fried shallots for sprinkling
Sauce:
1 liter of water
1 tablespoon salt
Half a teaspoon of pepper powder
2 tablespoons of cooking oil for sauteing
5 cloves garlic, chopped
Vinegar Sauce: Prepare 1 garlic clove, 5 pieces of red pepper, 1 tablespoon vinegar and salt then puree
How to make:
Boil the noodles in boiling water until soft enough. Remove, drain and stir with half a tablespoon of oil to keep it from sticking. Pour in a bowl.
Sauce: heat cooking oil, saute garlic until fragrant. Enter the skipjack tuna, stir fry briefly then enter the mustard, spring onion, salt and pepper.
Pour water, stir slowly until boiling. Flush the sauce to boil over the noodles already poured in the bowl. Sprinkle the skipjack tuna and vegetables on top. Finally, sprinkle with fried onions.
Serve with vinegar sauce.
