광화문 더케이트윈타워 B동 지하 1층에
건강한 샐러드를 즐길 수 있는
스윗밸런스(SWEET BALANCE)가 있습니다.

기본적인 샐러드 베이스에 다양한 토핑을 얹고
드레싱을 변경하거나 추가할 수 있습니다.
주문은 무인주문대에서만 받고,
옆에서는 주문대로 조합한 샐러드를
전달하는 방식으로 운영됩니다.

로스티드 버섯 샐러드는 기본 채소에
구운 수란과 버섯으로 구성됩니다.
된장남 샐러드는 닭가슴살, 연어, 아보카도,
올리브 옥수수콘에 참깨 된장 드레싱이
곁들여 나옵니다.

양도 푸짐하고 건강한 한 끼를 든든하게
먹은 것 같아 기분 좋은 식사였습니다.

        ㅎㅎㅎ 저도 이 느낌 뭔지 알아요.
        양이 가늠이 안 돼서 이것 저것 추가했는데,

          샐러드 전문점에 가면 늘 양 조절에
          실패하는 거 같아요. ㅎㅎ 담부턴 1인분만
          시키고 토핑 추가해서 나눠먹어야 겠어요.
