소고기는 사랑이예요~♥ 분당 등심촌!

안녕하세요. 다크호스입니다. 오늘은 지난주 회사 인근에서 먹었던 소고기 맛집을 소개해 드릴께요~ 회사 동호회 회식비가 많이 남아서 이날은 소고기로 회식했네요^^

한우 가격은 역시 비싸네요. 그래도 올해 마지막 회식이기에 꽃등심과 차돌박이를 주문했어요.

일단 고기를 올려 놓고 사진 한장 찍었어요~ 고기 빛깔이 아주 예쁘네요 ㅎㅎㅎ

먼저 꽃등심을 올려 놓고 구웠어요. 저는 소고기를 구울 때 겉은 약간 타게 속은 미듐으로 굽는걸 좋아해요. 꽃등심은 소고기 기름의 고소함이 최고에요!^^;

이어서 부족한 배는 차돌박이로 채워요. 꽃등심 먹다 차돌박이를 먹었더니 맛이 떨어지긴 하지만 그래도 소주 한잔 같이 먹으니 고소하면서 맛있네요 ㅎㅎㅎ

마지막은 깔끔하게 육회로 마무리~!! 이날 소주 한병 정도 마셨는데 고기가 맛있으니 기분 좋게 마셨네요. 당분간 비싼 한우를 먹을일은 없을것 같아서 부지런히 먹었네요.

2018년도 이제 며칠 남지 않았는데 다들 마무리 잘하시고 2019년엔 스티미언님들과 스팀잇에 좋은일만 생기면 좋겠네요. ^^
