Big Hug Burger in loving memory

Big Hug Burger used to have 2 different outlets, one in PV123 previously blogged by @aaronleang here and @bitrocker2020 here. Very soon after the first shop stopped business, the one and only left Steem burger restaurant had closed too. Here's some of the precious memory that is still with me. I was at that building before the lockdown, and suddenly I had the urge to blog about it all over again and hopefully this beautiful restaurant will come back to life again.

This was one of the early adopters whom accepted STEEM and SBD to pay for a meal. We had our first STEEMEETUP here back in early 2018, and everybody was so super excited as I can still feel blush, eagerly wanting to meet everybody.

Big bear is always around the corner, and comfortable sofa seating and coffee table kind of setup is very comfortable for small family to hangout around the corner.

Not forgetting the younger children find it super exciting to have a small playground here, padded. The boy is a little too boring because this time around, there's no other kids around, he's the only one sitting there running out of idea what should he do.

You see, these burger are really huge, and heavily customizable and the quality is amazingly tasty. I just couldn't put my brain together why would these selling at such affordable price. A set will be like around RM24, that's like $5.50 a meal, with unlimited free refill of drinks. The set that came with huge portion of fries or jumbo sausage, satisfaction is guaranteed.

Charcoal burger bun is soft and have a sense of burn but very enjoyable kind of sensation. The bacon strips that still dripping juicy beef sauce makes you keep biting on it.

And the young one loves the carbonara very much. Believe it or not, they gave that much of bacon bits to an extend she couldn't finish the bacon bits, guess who took over and finishes the rest? Muahahaha...

Other than that, the smiley fries are just as soft as they can be, not too salty, but crunchy and nice with their own recipe sauce. I can't tell what they used to blend the sauce, but it taste a little bit like mustard, taste a little bit like cheese, taste a little bit like curry powder, it's just awesome and make you can't stop dipping it sauce!

If I can turn back time, I would have arrange to go there more often than usual! However, don't despair! Despite the restaurant is not operating, the place is still there.
