Good night everyone, I want to review one of the traditional snacks in Indonesia, which are sold at restaurants or alongside the road.
The name is steamed buns.
Bakpao or Hanzi is traditional Chinese food. But now this dish is worldwide, including in Indonesia.
Contents in the buns are various kinds such as chicken, beef, green beans, chocolate, kidney beans, cheese etc.
Like the one I bought tonight there is a taste of cheese and green beans.
It tastes good and is still hot because when it was bought it was still steamed.
The place to sell is only using a very traditional small cart.
The price itself is quite cheap, IDR 2500 for one steamed bun. I bought a steamed bun to take home because there was no place to sit to eat there. For those of you who want to buy snacks at night, don't forget to stop by here. Because this place is open from 6:00 to 11:00 pm.
