สวัสดีเพื่อนๆทาสตีมชาวไทยทุกคนครับ วันนี้ผมมีร้านอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพมานำเสนอ ร้านนี้อยู่บนเกาะพงัน ร้านนี้เป็นมากกว่าร้านอาหารด้วยครับ เพราะร้านนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของศูนย์บำบัดสุขภาพองค์รวมโดยอาศัยการขับพิษหรือที่เราเรียกว่าดีท๊อก และการฝึกโยคะ
ผมได้มีโอกาสไปรับประทานอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพที่นี้เมิ่อสองเดือนก่อนที่ผมไปเรียนเป็นครูโยคะที่เกาะพงันนานถึง 5 สัปดาห์เต็มๆครับ อย่างที่รู้ว่าร้านนี้เป็นร้านอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพ ดังนั้นอาหารที่นี่จึงปราศจากสารเคมีและเนื้อสัตว์ครับ
เมนูที่ผมสั่งคือสลัดผักรวมเมนูหนึ่งในบรรดาเมนูสลัดที่มีให้เลือกมากมาย รสชาติจัดว่ากรุบกรอบจากความสดของผักนาๆชนิด น้ำสลัดที่มีจุลินทรีย์ชนิดดีช่วยในเรื่องการย่อยอาหารและระบบขับถ่าย
ถัดจากบริโภคอาหารกาย เรามาบริโภคอาหารใจกับธรรมชาติรอบๆกันบ้างนะครับ
น้ำคั้นรวมพืชผักเขียว ขมปี๋แต่เพื่อสุขภาพ จัดไปแก้วนึงครับ กลั้มลมหายใจแล้วดื่ม 55
บรรยากาศยามเย็นก่อนพระอาทิตย์ตกครับ
สรุปแล้วให้ 9 เต็ม 10 ครับ หักเรื่องราคาแพงสักหน่อยแต่คุณภาพดีงามสมราคานะครับเพียงแต่ให้กินทุกมื้อคงไม่ไหวครับ รสชาติก็คือรสธรรมชาติจริงตามคอนเซ็ปต์
