오늘은 주말 술스팀을 보낸 다음날 자주가는 해장국입니다.
전 뼈다귀, 선지국보다 곰탕이나 설렁탕을 해장으로 선호합니다.
상호명 : 유원설렁탕
주 소 : 서울특별시 송파구 삼전로 90 금화빌딩
단순 동네 설렁탕집 같지만 3년동안 블루리본을 받았습니다.
2010년에 28년 전통집으로 소개됐으니 어느덧 36년이나 됐네요.
곰탕 두개를 시켰습니다. 국물이 맑은 빛깔입니다.
송송썬 파를 넣습니다. 훨씬 맛나 보이네요.
반찬은 김치 단 하나입니다. 하지만 이게 또 끝내줍니다. 설렁탕과 어울리는 시원한 김치입니다.
한그릇 시원하게 먹고 해장하고 갑니다. 해장 다하고 한잔하러 갑니다 ㅎㅎ
