Seafood Paella by Marche'

I think there is no denying how much I love seafood and I believe I already found my new favorite when it comes to a seafood dish ~ it's Marche's Seafood Paella!

I usually go to this place to experience an open market concept of dining. Most of the time, I end up getting western type food like pizza, pasta and some ocassional cakes / pastries. Eventhough thother dishes looks delicious, I have never tried it until the other day.

I was craving for seafood I was really hungry during this lunch and so I deceided to the Paella a try. I wasn't disppointed at all since the rice is really flavoursome and the seafood tastes really fresh.

Aside from the usual Prawns, Squid, & Mussels ~ they also added few bits of Salmon fish belly which is oozing with goodness. I actually reserved one of the pieces for last since it's the flavour that I want to get stuck in my palate. It really stands out from the rest of the toppings wince I has the substantial amount of fat into it that it literally melts into my mouth.

To add some acidity into it, I squeezed enough lime juice to it and it balances the rich flavour of a dish and made finish almost all of it. To give you a sense of quantity, it's actually good for 2 persons even though the serving is supposed to be good for 1 person.

I will definitely comback to this place and have this Seafood Paella once again!
