To protect ourselves from excessive heat in the summer, we are taking various types of food assistance. It was popular among all Lacchi. Especially the old Dhaka’s Lacchi, traditionally the best of all.
In fact, it is one of the most popular drinks we drink in the hot summer season. One of the main ingredients of making Lacchi is curd, that is, by taking away a glass of cold Lacchi, our entire day's fatigue. The body gives freshness.
It is to be noted that due to excessive sweating during summer the water from the body goes out, and Lacchi helps to maintain body humidity and protect the body water balance.
Moreover, it is also proved that, due to the composition of Lacchi, the body's immune system increases.
