Rupchanda Bhaji :

Materials
Rupchanda fish half a kg, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of adabata, 1 teaspoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, salt to taste, oil for frying.
Method
Cut and wash the fish and drain the water. Scrape the two sides of the fish with a knife. Put the fish with all the ingredients except oil and keep it for two hours. Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Then reduce the heat and fry the fish one by one until it turns red and leave it on the kitchen paper for a while. Arrange in serving bowls and serve.
