잇텐고는 합정역8번출구 근처에 있는 자그마한 라면집인데 인기가 정말 많아서 항상 대기줄이 있어요. 오픈시간인 11시 반을 넘어서 갔더니 사람이 많아서 입장대기 간판을 봤습니다. 낮 3시부터 5시까니는 브레이크타임이라고 하니 그시간대는 피해서 가세요.
단촐해 보이는 메뉴판을 보면 라멘 맛집이기 때문에 라멘위주로만 판매하는 걸 볼 수 있습니다. 진한 사골육수의 히카타라멘인 키츠네와 매운맛이나는 라면인 키요마사 그리고 가장 유명한 바질라멘인 미도리라메가 있습니다.
저는 가장유명한 메뉴인 미도리라멘을 주문했어요. 본래 라면에들어가는 반숙이 이집에는 없어서 아쉬웠는데 차슈가 꽤 크게 들어가서 만족했습니다. 국물에서 바질맛이 많이나고 고기육수와 바질이어루러져서 한번도 먹어보지 못했던 맛을 느낄 수 있어요
차슈는 크기에비해 부드럽운 식감이라 놀랐고 고기 밑에 채처럼 썬 대파가 있어서 아삭한 식감도 느낄 수 있어요 또 면이 가는 면인데 엄청 부들부들 해서 일본 라멘의 면발을 제대로 느낄 수 있답니다.
