베트남 다낭 여행을 다녀와서 가장 먼저 생각난 메뉴인 육개장을 먹기 위해 [대파육개장] 집을 다녀왔습니다.
자리에 앉으면 가장 먼저 적양파와 쌈장이 제공되는데요.
계란 후라이도 서비스도 참 좋습니다.

저는 대파육개장(보통) 을 주문하였습니다.
푹 끓여낸 대파가 아주 가득 들어있어요.
사골과 양지를 넣고 끓여낸 육수는 시원하고 깊은 맛을 냅니다.
대파에 들어있는 성분이 설탕의 50배에 해당하는 단맛을 내준다고 하죠.
대파의 알싸함과 단맛이 더해진 대파육개장!
메스컴에 소개된 만큼 자부심을 느낄 수 있는 곳이였습니다.
