어제는 출장이 있어 킨텍스에 들렸다가 점심을 먹기 위해 한식 전문점 수라간 을 방문하였습니다.
수라를 짓는 주방을 의미하는 수라간이라는 이름에 먹기 전부터 왠지 믿음이 가는데요.
비빔밥이야말로 한식의 대표주자인 만큼 전주전통비빔밥으로 주문을 하였습니다.

비빔밥에 빠질 수 없는 것이 바로 콩나물국이죠.
콩나물국을 자칫 실수하게 되면 비린내가 쓴맛이 나기 일쑤인데 깔끔한 뒷맛이 좋았습니다.

콩나물, 애호박, 버섯, 고사리 등의 야채에 노란자 화룡정점!먹음직스러운 비빔밥의 자태입니다.
고추장에 슥슥 비벼 먹으면 정말 호불호가 없는 맛이죠!
최근 어느 라디오프로그램에서 우리나라 한식 중에서도 비빔밥이 나트륨 함량 1위라는 뉴스를 접하였는데요.
비록 나트륨은 권장 기준 이상이지만 우리나라를 대표하는 메뉴인 비빔밥의 인기는 꾸준 할 듯 합니다.
임금님 밥상처럼 대접받는 기분이 들었던 수라간 이였어요.

예전에 저희 집에 저 그릇많았다던데... 근데 스뎅나오면서 고철장수한테 다 줘버렸데요... 그당시엔 비싸지 않아서ㅋㅋㅋ 지금생각해보면 아까움ㅎㅎ

그리선지 '경주' 불국사 앞의 식당 중 반이 '전주**' 식당이지요.
