vegetarian Murtabak beef

Today i will be showing you a vegetarian murtabak from ganga cafe at Sea park area.

For those who dont know what a Murtabak is, here is an explaination from wikipedia:

Murtabak (also mutabbak, matabbak, or mutabbaq (Arabic: مطبق‎)) is a stuffed pancake or pan-fried bread which was commonly found in the Arabian Peninsula and Southeast Asia, notably in Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Israel, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and Thailand, though it is created by Overseas Indian Muslims from Tamil Nadu, India settled in Southeast Asia and Arabian Peninsula. Depending on the location, the name and ingredients can significantly vary. The name mutabbaq in Arabic means "folded". It is a popular street food in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.

I order one vegetarian murtabak beef for myself, it cost me RM12.
