Bia Bia, Street Food in Saigon
Blended with a variety of ingredients, served with a cup of sweet and sour spicy steamed beef, beef steak became a popular snack on the streets of Saigon.

Material:
1 small water cassava (can be replaced with white radish if you like); 1 carrot; 1 sausage
1 chicken egg or duck egg; 1/2 cup dried shrimp; 10 plastic coated cake; 10 leaves of lettuce; coriander; roasted peanut; chili sauce; hoisin sauce; chili sauce
Processing:
- Cassava; carrot peeled, washed and then cut the fiber. Stir-fried soft carrots, cassava root with little wedge seeds.

- Boil the sausage, cool to slice thinly. Shrimp is soaked in warm water to soft, drained, pounded slightly, put in pan sauteed with low oil, spices. Eggs dissolve, thinned, cooled and then cut into thin strands. Clean vegetables.

- Spread soft rice paper with a little water filter, put lettuce, coriander, cassava root, carrots, omelette, dried shrimp and roll up 1/2 rolled rice. Next, arrange the sausage along the length and tuck it in.

- Finished rolls, laid out plates. Serve with chili sauce, black soy sauce, minced chili and peanuts.

Note: You can also make homemade sauce for this dish by adding 1 tablespoon of lisa sauce, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of filtered water, sugar, seasoning and stirring. Until the mixture is equal. When adding carrots, pickled radish, chopped peppers and peanuts are small.
