안동은 예로부터 양반의 고장이었습니다. 그러다보니 그곳에서 발달된 음식은 정갈하고, 재료도 고급졌습니다. 통상 국밥은 소나 돼지의 부산물을 이용하지만, 안동의 국밥은 소고기의 살코기를 주재료로 합니다. 얼큰하면서도 진한 국물이 일품입니다.

밑반찬 삼형제, 특히 김치와 깍두기는 감칠맛이 납니다. 콩나물은 매운 국물을 중화시켜 줍니다.

                                          국밥도 맛있어야 하지만 김치 깍두기도 맛있어야 진정한 맛집이죠. ㅎㅎ 8000원의 가격에 푸짐한 국밥 한 그릇을 즐길 수 있어 좋네요.
