더운 주말 냉면이 너무 생각 났습니다.
인천연수동에는 유명한 칡냉면집이 있어 (곧 방문예정) 그쪽으로 갈까했는데 요즘 평양냉면에 빠진 대장님이 연수동에서 엄청난 평양냉면집을 발견했다고 해서 급방향을 바꿨습니다.
바로 이곳입니다! 백면옥!!
1982년부터 약 30년전통 평양냉면집으로 매장을 이전한것 같았습니다.
평양냉면 먹는방법이 써있습니다.
따뜻한 육수가 나와 진한국물맛을 보며 위를 워밍업 시켜줍니다~ 미리시킨 고기만두도 맛이 아주 담백하군요ㅎ
평양냉면이 나왔습니다~~ 일반냉면과는 다른 특유의 밍밍한맛이 제대로 살아있고 중독성 강한 일류 평양냉면집으 바로 그맛!! 엄청난곳을 발결했습니다 이제 평양냉면 먹으러 서울안가도 될거 같아요ㅎㅎ
곱배기임에도 클리어 (일반 10000원, 곱배기 13000원)
백면옥이 마음에 드는점은 오너쉐프분께서 테이블을 직접돌아다니시며 먹는법을 알려주시고 어르신들이 오면 매장입구에서부터 맞아주는 친절함이 아닐까 합니다.

중독되면 맛이 있어요ㅎㅎ 처음에는 식초를 아주 조금넣고 먹으면서 그양을 줄여가다보면 나중에는 식초를 안넣고도 맛있게 먹을수 있더라구요ㅎ
