은근히 영등포구청(이하 영구)에 TV에 나온 맛집들이 많더라구요.
그래서 요새 도장깨기 하는 것 마냥 점심시간에 맛집들을 찾아 나서고 있습니다.
역시 그래서 제가 요즘에 살이 뽀동뽀동 오르나봐여 :-(
Anyway,
가성비하면 중국집이죠!!
영구에 유명한 간짜장집이 있다고 해서 호다닥 다녀왔습니닷!
바로 수요미식회에도 나왔던 간짜장!!
대관원입니다.
정말 여기가 웨이팅이 어마무시하다는 얘길 들어서
12시 종이 땡!!! 치자마자 대관원으로 go run go run 했습니다.
하지만 열심히 달렸는데도 웨이팅이 엄청났어용 흑흑 ㅠ_ㅠ
그래도 중국집이라 테이블 회전은 빨라서 15분?정도 기다린 후에 들어갈 수 있었어용!
대표 메뉴는 삼선 간짜장!
도대체 간짜장이 얼마나 맛있길래 수요미식회에 나올 정도인가 했습니당!
드디어 간짜장이 나왔습니다.
오이 헤이러인 저는 오이를 모두 다른 접시에 덜었습니당 +_+ 오이 out!
그리고 같이 나온 간짜장 양념!!!
저 꾸덕꾸덕한게 느껴지시나여???
보통 간짜장이 약간 액체와 고체 사이잖아욤!! (표현의 한계...)
근데 여긴 정말 꾸덕꾸덕!!! 새우랑 해산물이 엄청 많고
간짜장의 핵심! 양파가 엄청 많이 들어있습니당!!
간짜장을 셀렉하는 사람들은 양파때문이 99.99% 아니겠습니까??
그리고 탱글탱글한 면!!! 얼른 슥슥 삭삭 비벼서 호로록했습니당!!
대존맛이었읍니다...!!!
그리고 볶음밥도 시켰는데요! 한국인은 밥심이잖아여 +_+
저 밥알 하나 하나에 흐르는 윤기!!!

짜장이랑 비벼먹으면 행복은 우리 지금 이 순간...🌟
이렇게 그릇까지 긁어 먹었습니다...
간짜장이 다 고기서 고기 아니겠느냐 라고 생각하고 먹었지만
정말 다른 곳과 다르게 다 먹을 때까지 면발의 탱탱함과 양파의 아삭함을 끝까지 느낄 수 있었습니당!!!

간짜장은 엄청 고급져보이는 경향이 있어요. 짜장이 삐지게스리. 그래도 짜장과 다른 맛이 있어서 좋습니다.
