IPO와 달리, '아이디어로 돈부터 끌어모으는' ICO가 과연 합법한 절차인지에 대한 각국의 논의가 분분합니다. 연결선에서 무자본으로 시작하는 스타트업이 정당한가에 대한 논의가 쉽게 결론 날 수 있는 주제는 아니라고 봅니다.
하지만, 무신뢰 사회에서 신뢰할 수 있는 플랫폼을 만들 수 있다는 것이 블록체인의 이념이자 강점입니다. 그 정신에 어긋나는 것들은 고쳐 나가야 겠지만, 양심이나 도덕성에 기대, 어떠한 행동을 해야만 한다는 당위성을 논하는 것은 의미가 없어 보이네요.
그리고 적어도 스티밋 내에서는

너무 오랜만에 뵙네요.. 이오스 ram폭등을 보면서 댄이 예상하지 못한 부분도 있다는 생각이 들었습니다. 스팀은 몇가지 서드파티를 준비하고 있던데 그런 스타트업들의 진입 장벽이 낮다는 게 확실이 장점으로 보여요. 베타 버전 떼는 순간 수십개 디앱들이 폭발하겠죠..ㅎㅎ
