Silver Needle Noodles also known as Lou Shu Fen / rat noodle in Chinese, yeah ‘RAT’ noodle. Its called RAT noodle because the shape of the noodle looks like the tail of a rat.
Therez this famous restaurant called Yi Poh in Seremban that well-known for its Lou Shu Fen. Their version of Lou Shu Fen is longer and chewier compared to usual Lou Shu Fen we can find elsewhere.
Their menu.
We ordered 1 bowl of dry version and another bowl of soup version.
Topped with minced pork, half cooked egg and some pork slices (char siew), presentation wise, not bad. Remember to stir the noodle and make sure the noodles are coated with dark soy sauce before eating.
The soup version is not bad either.
Cozy dining environment.
My Final reviews:
Ambiance & Hygiene: 3 stars
Food: 3 stars
Worth the money: 3 stars
