어제 저녁약속이 있어 뭘 먹을지 고민중에, 테이스팀 포스팅을 보고 약속장소로 정한 꼼장어집입니다.
어제 퇴근 무렵 저녁 약속장소로 마땅한 곳을 물색하며 테이스팀을 보는데, @junny 님이 포스팅해주신 꼼장어를 보고, 어제의 메뉴를 꼼장어로 정했죠. ^^( https://steemit.com/tasteem/@junny/tasteem-72779e)
비록 같은 집을 간 건아니지만, 덕분에 메뉴선택을 잘 했죠~^^
꼼장어는 표준어로 '곰장어'이고, 학술적으로 통용되는 정식 명칭은 '먹장어'라고 합니다. 그런데 꼼지락거리는 움직임때문에 '꼼장어'라고 부르게 되었다고 합니다.
단백질과 지방, 비타민 A가 풍부해서 인기가 많은데,제철은 원래 여름이라고 하네. 하지만 요즘은 계절을 가리지 않고 즐겨 먹는다고 하니 영양, 맛, 그리고 소주와 함께 먹으면 정말 제맛인 것 같아요.

                            사진뒷배경에 있는 소주병과 무척이나 잘어울리는 꼼장어네요. 마지막라면은 아....끝판왕이죠.
