시어머님이 편찮으셔서 병원을 갔는데 어머님이
만두좀 먹으라며 주시더군요
괜찮다며 사양을 하는데도 굳이 먹으라고 하셔서
한입 배어물었는데...
웬걸~너무 맛있는 겁니다
어디서 난거냐 물으니 큰시누이가 가져왔다네요
큰시누이 한테 전화해서 물었더니 아는 동생이
문병오면서 사왔다는 답변..물어봐달라는 부탁을
하고 겨우겨우 알아낸 사리원 이라는 손만두집입니다
만두가계 치고는 이름이 고급져 보입니다~
메뉴는 다양하게 많습니다만...
제가 먹어본 바로는 만두만 맛있는것 같아요
매장에서 먹든 포장을 하든 전 항상 모듬만두를
주문합니다
튀김만두3개.고기만두2개.김치만두1개.굴림만두3개
이렇게 세트로 포장되서 나옵니다
이집에서 제일 맛있는 튀김만두..
바삭바삭 한것이 어느곳에서도 맛보지 못한
튀김만두에요
이렇게 큰 사이즈에 바삭한 튀김만두라면
속에 당면만 조금 들어있을법도 한데
이 만두는 속이 꽉차 있어 겉은 바삭
속은 촉촉해 그 맛의 조화가 환상입니다
고기만두..
보시다 시피 만두피가 아주 얇고 속이 꽉차
있어 너무 맛있습니다
저는 원래 고기만두보다 김치만두를 더 선호하지만
사리원 만두를 먹은후로는 고기만두를 더 좋아하게
됐답니다~

원래 김치만두를 제일 좋아해 항상 먼저 집어먹던
만두였는데 순위가 바뀌어 버렸네요
김치만두도 나쁘지 않습니다~
다만 다른만두가 더 맛있기 때문에 밀린것뿐!!
동글동글 한 이 만두는 굴림만두 라고 해요
고기만두를 작고 동그랗게 만들어 놓으것
같은데 한입에 쏙 들어가는것이 또 다른
맛을 선사해 줍니다

이중 튀김만두는 꼭 드셔보셔야 해요
