Aceh village Fried Rice

Rice is the staple food of the world people in general, as well as Indonesia. and indeed there are several other countries in the world that do not consume rice as a staple food.

Talking about rice, this time I want to post a menu of fried rice dishes that I have enjoyed tonight at a "Wakop UK 88" in my country. besides fried Acehnese rice, here also serves typical dishes from Malaysia. and several other food menus such as Tom Yam, grilled fish and hot and spicy dishes. for more details you can see it in the menu book that I linked to in this post.

and for the dishes I tasted tonight at Warkop UK 88, I chose village fried rice, this is a typical Acehnese fried rice dish with a spicy flavor, a mixture of chili, pepper and turmeric makes this dish even more delicious. some anchovy and eggs increasingly make this food more delicious.
