Hi, I am luueetang. I went to Bintulu, Sarawak, Malaysia and this is one place that serves authentic chinese cuisine. I have also attached a video for you to view in case your interetest.

Upon walking to the entrance, you get a feeling that your entering a unique type of place.

THE ENTRANCE

Step 1

Choose the food items that you want the chef to grill from a fridge.

This fridge contains tons of different type of food items on skewers which would be Barbequed by the chef.

THE FOOD

Spicy noodles

I am not a fan of this although my wife loves it alot. But the way it's made here makes it really tasty. It has those black fungus and it isn't super spicy.

Grilled and BBQ food from the fridge

After choosing the different skewered food, the chef basically barbeques them before serving. At this place, it is well made and it's too overdone.

Mixed Pork with veges
This dish is tasty as the pork meat is barbequed and cooked with mixed veges.

Steamed dumplings
This is the signaute dish of all chinese cuisine and is a must try. It is a healthy meal from my view as it is steamed and inside the filling is mostly made of diced veges.

Fried Dumpling
My favourite dish. The dumpling is fried with eggs and it is super crispy. One of the best dish served at any authentic chinese cuisine.

If you ever visit Bintulu, do visit this place and you will not get dissapointed. It is slightly pricey but the food quality is fast and it is indeed a very unique experience.
