I was to travel back to Metro Manila from Baguio City on Easter Sunday. Knowing that many will do the same after the Lenten holiday, I left home early to avoid getting trapped in a traffic jam. I arrived at the bus terminal one hour earlier than my trip schedule so I decided to find a place to kill time.
I went up to the upper ground floor of the terminal where food court located. With countless trips that I had with this bus company, I haven't dined in this food court before. Now, it's worth trying what they got. I just wanted drinks so I picked Cafe 24 and Ramyeon 24 stall.
The stall is boasting coffee as good coffee of Baguio City and it indeed sounds tempting to give it a try.
However, it is noon time so hot drinks are not an option this time. I looked at the cold options.
The chocolate milk tea caught my attention and it is what I ordered. I watched the lady crew as she prepared my order and noted when she pulled a Hershey's bottle of chocolate. That's cool! Their chocolate is not just any chocolate.
My milk tea was not just milk tea but milk tea with gelatin pearls. The blending was just right. Not so bitter chocolate-y and not so sweet. A real cool beverage to enjoy passing time.
The cup serving is a large size as compared to other drink cup sizes. With the cost of P89.00 (US$1.71), I think it is fair enough when you want to enjoy a smooth chocolate milk tea while waiting for your trip.
When you happen to travel to or already in Baguio City, the cafe is worth a visit whether you are waiting for your trip or if you just want to pull your friends to chill from a hard days work. The terminal is located near offices so employees can also unwind in this cafe. The coffee will be perfect when Baguio's cool breeze blows.

I rarely drink chocolate or coffee, but when I do, I'll spend money and time finding GOOD versions of the same -- if I am ever in Baguio City, I know where to go!

It's actually a little costly for us if we think about regular drinks. However, it is fairly worth it if you want to unwind and chill out. Kind of treat to yourself and your friends. 😊

Coffee actually works in Baguio everytime because it is cold up in the mountains but I am trying to avoid it in the last few months. I used to have coffee anytime of the day but I was just wondering, I may be taking too much. So I am trying to find any other reason not to take coffee as much as possible. 😊

No excuse to have a cup of coffee anytime while you are at the mountain 😂😂😂 I like coffee but I only take it when I want it.. I'd prefer fruit juice in many occasion.
