문어국밥이라니 !
강원도에는 문어국밥도 있습니다.
소고기문어국밥을 주문했어요.
일단 얇게 썰린 문어가 얹어져 있어요.
많이 들어 있어요. 뒷쪽에도 숨겨져 있어요.
그런데 문어를 오래 담궈두면 질겨지니
문어가 질겨지기 전에 먼저 빨리 먹어야 한다고 해요.
문어 말고 다른 국밥재료들도 정말 많이 들어가 있죠.
가득가득 들어있어요.
큼지막한 소고기도 보입니다.
이거 한 그릇 먹고나면 속이 든든해요.
해장할 때도 좋을 것 같아요.
