말로만 들었는데,
이번에 실제로 맛을 보게 됐습니다.
가볍게 입구로 향하여
지하로 내려갑니다. ㅋ
일단 메뉴판을 정독할 필요없이 이베리코흑돼지꽃목살을 시킵니다.
상차림은 기본셋팅부터...
고기를 찍먹할 소스들을 주는데...와...여기 진짜 조합을 다양하게 즐길 수 있어요. 그 중에서 와사비와 생강이나 와사비 소금 또는 그냥 소금에 찍먹해도....햐....츄릅....
간장베이스의 소스인데 갠적으론 소금이 더 좋았어욤.
기다리는 동안 순두부찌개도 줍니다. 내용물이 그득그득하니 매우 좋네요. 얼큰하니 뙇 좋습니다.
고기 빛깔보이시나요? ㅎ ㅑ....저건 이베리코라고 숙성한 고기라고 합니다. 저때만해도 목살이 다 똑같은 목살이지 라는 생각을 하며 대수롭지 않게 고기를 구울 준비를 했습죠
치익~ 치익~~ 들리나요? 그녀석의 맛을 내는 소리? 이런 두꺼운 고기는 아무리 맛있어도 고기를 못구우면 진심 맛없이 됩니다. 꼭 가실 때 고기 마스터를 한분 초빙해서 가세요. 후회 안합니다.
열심히 구워줍니다. 이날 초빙한 돼지고기 마스터님이 구워주시는데....침이 꼴깍....
먹기좋게 잘라주십니다. 한점...한점...음미를 해봤는데...
목살이 육즙 터지는거 경험해보시는분 있으신가요? 뙇 깨무는 순간 육즙이 퐝퐝 터지면서 고기의 농후한 맛이 어찌나 이렇게 잘어우러지던지....
와............... 이집 고기값이 좀 비싸지만 꼭 한번쯤 와서 구워먹을만한 집입니다!!

아마도 숙성된거라서 육즙이 잘 가둬져서 더 맛있었던것 같아욤+_+
제주도 흑돼지도 먹어보긴 했는데 그것보다 더 육즙이 많았어여~~ ㅎㅎ
