24 hours 7 days Fusion Tea Cafe

Hello Tasteemers!

Today I would like to introduce a 24 hours restaurant in Thailand. This restaurant is located in Pattaya which is 2 hours ride from the capital of Thailand.

During my Bangkok & Pattaya vacation with family last week, we went to one of the restaurants which operates 24 hours everyday.

About the Restaurant
The name of the restaurant is ORIENTAL TRATTORIA which sound like an Italian but is a fusion restaurant which not only serves Pizza but Chinese, Asian, Thai and International cuisines. The restaurant is located at the corner of Pattaya Soi 13/1 which is just at the end of the junction and is less than 1km from the famous Pattaya Walking Street .

The Outlook

The restaurant is easy to be noticed with lot of attractive food pictures from the outside.

The Inlook

ORIENTAL TRATTORIA is an open-air concept restaurant which only using simple ceiling lights and fans. No air conditioning restaurant.

Operating Hours
The restaurant opens 24 hours in 7 days and definitely, they serve from breakfast till late supper. They have all kind of foods from the menu.

The Menus

Breakfast Menu from American/English to Chinese Porridge

Appetizer Menu - Many type of snacks that serve till late night which is perfect for food eaters or drinkers

Salad Menu - Here you can try some salad which you never had before such as beef salad or shrimp with fish sauce

Pizza Menu - there are more 10 types of Pizza selection that you can choose from

Pasta Menu - you name it, they have it. Most of the famous pasta they do serve.

Western Menu - most of the western cuisines are available here

Chinese Menu - most of the Chinese cuisines serve rice and noodles and they have both

Thai Menu - ”one of many pages” local dishes that you can choose

Dessert Menu - there are not many choices of a dessert option but the infamous ”Mango Sticky Rice” is available here

Drinks Menu - from hot coffee to cold beers are available which suits for everyone

My Orders
Four of us including myself ordered a few dishes for our late lunch on the day and here goes our order.

My all-time favorite ”Tom Yum Kung”! Whenever I'm in Thailand, I will never miss this dish.
Every local restaurant serves Tom Yum and all are in different of taste and thickness. From this restaurant, there is not much special on their soup but I love the shrimp which is fresh and the texture are perfect in the cook.

This is a Green Curry! They have the choice of Pork, Chicken or Seafood but I decided to get the chicken since I have the first dish is shrimp (seafood). The gravy is not too thick and spicy. I love it and I can drink like soup. The chicken is a bit hard. A little disappointed on that!

Omelet with Pork! Since the first two dishes are spicy dishes which I have a kid that can't handle spicy even just a little so we ordered this and he love it. The omelet is soft and even the pork.

The 3 Combinations is the menu from Chinese. They have roasted pork, crispy pork and roasted duck. This is a very disappointing dish. The meat is not fresh because can tell how hard to chew.

Young Coconut Drink! This coconut is perfect for hot weather (besides beers). The coconut water is fresh and cold which they kept in the fridge and flesh are soft. This is one the nicest coconut I ever had.

The Pay Time

Very advanced technology! They all using cellphone for check bill. Imagine that! The price is reasonable cheap based on what we ordered.

Conclusion
This restaurant serves a decent food quality but at a reasonable price with 24 hours of operation. Can give a try at this restaurant especially in the late hours or nearly dawn. They have a wide variety of foods and drinks.
