안녕하세요?

@parisfoodhunter 입니다.

오늘은 파리 오르세 박물관(Musée d'Orsay) 근처에 브르고뉴(Bourgogne )와인을 가장 많이 보유하고 있는 미슐랭 원스타 레스토랑 Les Climats 에 대해서 소개하겠습니다.

끌리마 (Les Climats)는 식당 명함에서 잘 묘사했듯이 브르고뉴 지방의 뚜렷한 경계로 구분된 포도밭 구획를 의미합니다.

의자가 굉장히 안락하고 한쪽이 가려져 있어서 옆 테이블 사림들이 보이지 않아서 편안하게 식사할 수 있었습니다.

수 많은 부르고뉴 와인들이 진열되어 있습니다. 총 몇 병인지는 잠시 후에 알려 드릴께요.

브르고뉴 지방 와인 Book 입니다. 몇 페이지 인지 확인해 보지 않았지만 책의 두께가 상당히 두껍습니다.

이 식당은 268명의 브르고뉴 포도 농장주로 부터 직접 와인을 공급 받고 2,513 종의 브르고뉴 와인,
3,684병의 레드 브르고뉴 와인과 594병의 화이트 브르고뉴 와인을 그 날의 와인 시음을 위해 준비되어 있고, 22,674병의 브르고뉴 와인이 Cave(와인 저장 창고) 잘 저장되어 있다고 합니다. (출처 : Les Climats 레스토랑 공식 홈페이지)

저는 간단하게 브르고뉴 Les combes 레드 와인 한잔 주문했어요.

바로 이 와인 입니다. 처음 마셔 보는데 독특하고 기존에 마셨던 피노누와 와인들 처럼 fruity 하지 않고 보르도 와인처럼 묵직하고 바디감이 있었습니다.

    도미요리 매우 먹음직스럽고 상상되는 맛이네요.
    오르세 종일 있다가 현기증이 나서 나왔었는데 여기서 먹었으면 좋았을 것 같아요^^

      네. 가격도 점심 메뉴 3코스에 49€ 니까 괜찮은것 같아요. 저도 처음 가본 레스토랑인데 음식맛 + 분위기 + 가격 다 훌륭합니다. ^^
