요즘 날씨가 너무 더워서 몸이 휘청 휘청 합니다..
이런 날에는 고기로 몸보신 해야겠죠?
화곡동 길거리에 사람이 엄청 많던 고깃집!!
나중에 가봐야지 하고 벼르고 있었는데 드디어 왔네용 ㅎㅎ
역시나..역시나.. 오늘도 웨이팅은 어쩔 수가 없나봐요 ㅠㅠ
상호명 : 푸른농장 해바라기

영업시간 : 12:30 ~ 01:00
입구로 들어가면 정육식당답게 냉장고가 보이는데 안에는 고기가 한가득!!
저렴한 가격에 고기를 제공하는데 그럴만한게 소고기는 미쿡산이라는거...
그래도 맛있다고하니 소고기를 시켜봅시다~ ㅎㅎ
들어가면 입식과 좌식자리로 나누어져 있는데
저희는 신발 벗기가 귀찮으니.. 입식자리에 앉았어요.
화려하지 않은 세팅, 기본에 충실합니다.
"메인이 중요하지, 고기 맛만 좋으면 돼!!"라고 외치는 저 ㅎㅎ
저희가 주문한 소 반마리(500g 33,000원)
등심+ 본살 + 갈비살 + 우삼겹 + 부채살로 구성되있습니다.
고기의 퀄리티는 전체적으로 괜찮아 보이네요.
서비스로 주시는 고소하고 맛있던 육회!!
이뿐만 아니라 음료수 한 캔도 서비스로 주셨어요.
시작은 빠르게 먹을 수 있는 우삼겹부터~ 찹찹 구워주시고요.
입에서 살살 녹아용~ 소주 한 잔을 부르는 맛ㅎㅎ
이제 본격적으로 고기를 구워줍니다. 단호박과 버섯도 올려주고용~
그리고 불판 한가운데 끓고있는 된장찌개!!
계속 리필해서 먹을정도로 맛나요 ㅎㅎ
고기가 타지않도록 불판도 한번 닦아주시고~
마지막은 등심으로 회심의 마무리!!
포스팅 하고 보니... 맛있게 구워진 고기 사진은 없네요 ㅜㅜ
익자마자 입으로 쏙쏙 넣다보니 그런가봐요.
당분간 고기 생각 안날꺼같아요~ㅎㅎ
