Hi. Steemit friends. Today, I will introduce you Japanese traditional food. Have you ever heard of TENDON? It is a bowl of rice topped with deep-fried fish and vegetables. MAKINOYA is very famous for a beautiful TENDON. A shrimp, squid, pumpkin, eggplant, shishito green pepper, laver are fried and put on a bowl of rice. Shrimp is plump and succulent! Squid is soft and juicy! Fried vegetables go well with shrimp and squid. This cost 680 yen only on weekdays. Woow! Don’t you think it’s reasonable?
Secret sauce is also so delicious! Customers say the same thing in a breath. “Any other TEMPURA restaurant couldn’t make such a tasty sauce like this. It is just the right amount for one TENDON. I’m sure mild taste sauce takes your tongue by storm.
秘伝のタレが美味しい！
All ingredients are fried in front of customers, so you can eat just-made-TENDON. You can see the bowl of batter right side of this picture. This white batter is made by dissolving flour and egg in water. The way of making batter is very important to cook delicious TEMPRA which is ingredient covered in batter and fried in oil.

I ordered clam juice as well. It is also reasonable, costs 270 yen.
Fragrance of yuzu and a crown daisy makes a good combination with clam. What an elegant and rich taste it has! It’s very impressive!

You can add ginger for free at the counter.
Ginger is added to any bowl of rice in Japan. It has a good combination with TENDON.
