Ingredients

1 - Preparing the dough


the first step, put the butter, fine sugar, pinch of salt and lemon zest with the addition of vanilla, stir well with a bator


add an egg with the glass of oil and then beat them a second time


add a glass of cornstarch and beat again


add four and a half glasses of flour, and knead the dough. until you have a soft dough that will not stick to your hand.


Divide the dough into two pieces, then add a tablespoon and a half of brown cocoa to one of the pieces and knead until the cocoa is completely mixed with the dough.


let it sit for ten minutes.

2 - Shaping and decorating :


shape the cake pieces, form a feather, then press the dough with a fork from above, as shown in the picture.


Preheat the oven a quarter of an hour before baking to a temperature of 170 ° C, then put the cake in the oven, and remove it from the oven after it has dried a little and acquires a nice color.

For decoration, put the jam in the middle and glue the two parts. Then add the jam on the edges.
dip the cake in peanuts on all edges as shown in the photo.
