๐“๐‡๐ˆ๐‚ Homemade UDON Noodles topped with thinly sliced tender beef strips , like the ones on yoshinora which is my fav beef choice there.. plus jelly like seaweed kelps , sliced fish cakes , scallions & Yuzu Peels..
