INGREDIENTS:
1 cup = 200 Gr
4 eggs
3 Bananas
2 apples
1/2 cup of sunflower oil (you can use coconut)
1/2 cup of water
3 Tbsp brown sugar (or stevia)
1 cup flaked oatmeal
1 cup of flour of your choice
1/2 cup of raisins
Cinnamon to taste
Vanilla (optional)
one . tablespoon of baking powder
PREPARATION:
In the blender, beat eggs, oil, water and vanilla well. Now place the bananas and whisk until it is homogeneous. In a bowl, place the oatmeal, flour, sugar (or stevia), cinnamon, raisins and yeast. Clear the liquid mixture and stir. Spread the roasting pan and sprinkle brown sugar, distribute apple slices all the way, sprinkle cinnamon and pour the dough on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes or test the stick.
