We, the Bangladeshi people like to take rich food as Biryani, khichuri, akni, beef , mutton etc. at lunch and dinner very much.
After taking heavy food, we feel very laziness as the food required much time to be digested. That's why it requires some digest items to take after taking such type of heavy food.
All of the digest items, the very much famous item is a beverage locally called Borhani. It is actually combined with biryani or khichuri that it makes the taste extended with its special flavour.
It is the place called pahartali, chittagong where the Alif hotel is situated. It is very popular locally for local Bengali food.
There was a party on behalf of one of my friends to celebrate his birthday at the lunch period. That's why we went there and take some heavy food.
After taking the lunch we were offered to take some beverages and choose burhani that is very finely combined with the rich food. The restaurant served very fast. So it took very little time to wait after taking the lunch that pleased us very much.
The taste of the burhani was really awesome. It is little bit sour and chilly. It helps to digest food quickly.
