After taking a heavy food, we always want to take something that will help to digest the rich food. Fruits are historically assumed as the best dessert after taking a lot of foods. Specifically the people of this subcontinent, who are usually fan of rich food, like dessert items very much.

Bangladeshi people are used to have a lot of rice with different curry like fish, meat or vegetable. This is not healthy and hygienic. But tradition supporting us that we are not being satisfied without it at launch & dinner.

This habit makes us fan of different dessert items at afternoon to digest quickly. So a lot of different desserts are available and famous in our country.

Among these, my favourite dessert is **Mixed Fruit. **

This was a party at a restaurant named Hotel Zaman. It is situated at the Alonker Circle, Chittagong, Bangladesh. One of my friends gave this party as to celebrate his new mobile purchase.

After taking some heavy food, we was looking for some desserts to cool the stomach. The hotel boy served us mixed fruit. It was looking like custerd but it is something different from that.

It is prepared by a lot of fruits specially apple, banana, cherry, naspati, grapes, nuts etc. The fruits are chopped and mixed with heavy cream of milk. Then ice-cream is smeared on the upper surface of the mixture. It is served with some ice to keep it cool and tasty.

If I want to share the taste of this dessert, it may not easy for you to fell my experience if you don't take such type of heavy foods at first.

It actually tastes very sweet and fabulous. It smells sweet. It's cool flavour must attract the ice-cream lovers. It also be favoured by the health conscious people.

Now I want to tell something about the restaurant. Hotel Zaman is a very much popular restaurant in Chittagong. It is very well decorated and calming atmosphere. The hotel boys are smart and prudent. They served food very fast. They are well dressed and well mannered. Smile is always hanging on their lips.
The food was served fresh. It is seemed to me that the fruits all were fresh. That's why the food became more tasty.
