Spirit Soup - Seasonal Soup

  • Deep-fried fish, soft aroma, bold flavor of southern land floating season; is delicious you should try it!

Material:

  • 500g fish spirit

  • 150g seed

  • 2 cups of coconut milk

  • Some stems onions

  • Fish sauce, sugar

Making:

Step 1:

Cut the tail, remove the intestines, clean, salt water diluted 10 minutes for fish not bitter and then washed, drained.

Grate fish with 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 5 stalks of onion and 1 teaspoon of chopped peppers.
