Hello everyone. Today I would like to introduce you to a dish that gets a lot of love in Vietnam. It's a "Mien Ngan".
The restaurant is always crowded in meal times so if you don't want to wait for a long time to eat, come a bit earlier.
The restaurant's menu is suspended outside and it has very few options. Because it's only a special dish and the main dish.
A mien bowl has a lot of meat and whole leaf onions. You add chili, lemon, garlic according to his hobby. It's very tasty, this will be a good choice for breakfast. I find it very cute and appetizing . It can really makes you eat a lot and you can really chill with your friend.

Looks like a popular place. You mentioned the meat and leaf onions, what are the yellow cubes? And what type of meat? I see meat hanging in a case - it is cooked and waiting to be served? Very different customs than in US. I like to learn about other places.
