아주 약간은 매콤하면서 전체적으로 깔끔합니다.
생면으로 탱글하면서 딱 먹기 좋은 식감으로
계란까지 들어가서 부드럽고 건강한 라멘의 느낌이에요
비주얼로는 좋아보이진 않지만
맛보면 은근 얼큰하고 이색적으로 맛있어요^^
기존 일본라멘과는 완전 다른 스타일을 맛보고 싶으실 때 추천드려요!
