Nasi Kuning is one of traditional culinary in Indonesia.
Almost every morning, I can find street vendors provide nasi kuning for breakfast. Nasi Kuning means yellow rice.
It's very fragrant dish. Cooked with coconut milk and some herbs.
Nasi kuning ayam Junti was extra fragrant, along with coconut milk. It was also mixed with little fried chicken to give another dimension of taste.
I like to eat it with fresh vegetables called lalap.
There are countless street vendors that provide nasi kuning in Indramayu, a small town in West Java. But Nasi Kuning Ayam Junti is more special.
You just need to pay IDR 10.000,- for a memorable breakfast.
