INGREDIENTS:
For the flan:
1 can (12oz) of evaporated milk
1 can (14 oz) condensed milk
2 cups of guava or concentrate nectar
1 pack (8 oz) cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
5 eggs
For the candy:
1 cup of sugar
4 tablespoons of water
PREPARATION:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the candy: Place the sugar in a pan over medium high heat with the 4 tablespoons of water and put over medium heat until it melts evenly, pour it into the mold you will use, very carefully. Let it cool.
Procedure for the flan: In the blender, liquefy the cheese, the eggs, the milk, the guava nectar, add the sugar to the mixture, if you wish you can add a teaspoon of vanilla.
Pour this mixture into the mold with caramel and bake in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 350ºC for one hour.
Allow to cool completely for one hour before unmolding it. Refrigerate and serve cold.
