My post workout meal ( Its finger licking good)

A protein rich meal is very necessary for better regeneration of muscles but in my case it should be tasty so i had kfc wings it's a good source of protein after all it's chicken whatvcan be better then that for protien

But wings have low amount of flesh so chicken tenders are more preferable remove the fried skin if u wana cut those extra layer of fat and carbs.

Yep, that's true. Proteins are indeed necessary post-workout. Nice to meet another fitness junkie. Since I'm on bulk I don't mind those extra layer of fat :P

But take care because proteins are very hard to digest. We only need a house of cards of protein each day.
