Tasty and easy recipe to make delicious brownies in microwave at home

Recently I proved successfully a recipe to bake delicious brownies in a microwave with few and easy to find ingredients. Actually I have baked at least 20 brownies, so believe me, you really will become a brownie-junkie after your first bake.

On the other hand, this recipe has an additional plus for some people, vegans will feel no remorse by eating these brownies because they are completely vegan (no eggs, no milk).

Requirements

• Microwave oven
• A medium size bowl to make the mix
• A hand or stand mixer
• A cake pan (ceramic or glass)

Ingredients

• Vegetable cooking oil (23 cc ~ 0.8 oz)
• Sugar (50 g ~ 1.75 ounces)
• All-purpose Baking Flour (40 g ~ 1.4 ounces)
• Baking powder (1 tbsp)
• Cocoa powder (15 g ~ 0.5 ounces)
• Liquid coffe (60 cc ~ 2 ounce)
• Salt (1 tbsp)
• Margarine (to cover the cake pan before empty the mix on it)

Procedure

1. Just add all the ingredients in the bowl and mix them until you obtain an uniform consistance.

2. Empty the mix inside the margarine pre-covered cake pan.

3. Put it in the microwave for 3 minutes 30 seconds at its maximum power.

4. Enjoy!

Final tip / Improvement: Brownie Gelatto (like in the photo!)

To improve even more our tasty and easy to make brownies just add a vanilla ice cream over it, some chocolate syrup, et voila!
