It's worth noting... ANYTHING which requires your signature in order for it to be "processed" or for it to "go through" like that silly Tax deduction consent form you employer pressures you into signing... Isn't mandated by law... if it were... they would just do it whether you signed off on it or not...ALWAYS REMEMBER anyone asking for your signature.... NEEDS IT to continue with whatever action is attached to the document they want signed. They ARE TELLING YOU WITH THE REQUEST FOR YOUR SIGNATURE THAT THEY REQUIRE YOUR PROOF OF CONSENT TO EMPOWER THEM TO ACT...No one can be forced to sign ANYTHING. You ALWAYS have the lawful and legal right to refuse... That's why they are "asking"... If you sign... that is what you have done...Given them (whoever "they" are) power to act on YOUR BEHALF!!!! Just think about it... If you punch someone in the face (which is illegal a.k.a. mandated by law that you don't) Do they need your signature to toss your @ss in jail? ...Or do they just do it??? That there is the difference. REAL LAWS do not require your proof of consent to be binding and therefore those who enforce them... Need not gain consent by attaining your "signature" to enforce them... so if you're asked to sign... that in itself is a clear statement that... YOU BIG FAT DON'T HAVE TO IF YOU ARE NOT INCLINED TO DO SO. Every time you are asked to sign something... it is BECAUSE you have the RIGHT to do other than what is being proposed to you in the agreement that you are being asked to consider... if you didn't have that right... they would never have asked you to sign.
