Wonderful moment with a cup of morrocan tea

Today i will take you in a short trip to see how we can prepare the morrocan tea.
As we know every tradition has his own way to prepare the tea with a specifique ingredients
Here in morroco. First thing we must have 3 principal ingredients :
1- sugar
2-the green tea
3- Menthe
First thing we've got to do is put the kettle on,after 10 min we take our teapot and put in the green tea mixed with menthe let the tea steep for about 30 seconds and then empty the tea into a teacup. Set this aside for later. The first cup is very important, as it contains the
Main flavor .
Then it come the important move , switch the water inside the teapot in one or two cup in a circular motion it help to mix all the ingredients together. Then empty the first cup that we put aside.
When it come to suggar you are free to put it as you like .
Finnaly you can serve your morrocan tea and have a fabulous and tasty moment enjoy it ,
